Chart layers are useful, but sometimes they block the view
When analysing a chart in TradingView, the Executions, Drawings and Orders layers can all be useful. They show executed trades, drawings and orders. At other times, the trader needs a clean chart without distracting elements: for checking market structure, preparing a screenshot or sharing the chart.
When layers need to be hidden and shown often, opening settings slows the workflow down. The trader has to leave chart work and manage the application instead of quickly changing what should stay visible.
Fast Executions, Drawings and Orders toggles directly in TradingView
I built a custom tool for TradingView that can quickly show or hide Executions, Drawings and Orders without opening settings. The trader can work with each layer separately depending on what should stay visible on the chart.
The tool also supports keyboard shortcuts. During analysis or screenshot preparation, the chart can be cleaned up faster without interrupting the work.
Clean chart without slowing down in settings
Preparing a chart for analysis, screenshots or sharing is faster. A trader can leave only the information currently needed on the chart, without repeatedly opening settings.
The project shows a small tool for an existing web app: it does not build a new platform, it removes a specific point of friction in daily workflow.
